This role is crucial for identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, and other non-profit organizations to advance our client's mission. You will be instrumental in developing collaborative initiatives that drive social impact and expand our client's reach. Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with corporate, non-profit, and governmental entities.
• Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement joint initiatives and campaigns that leverage partner resources and networks.
• Act as a primary liaison for key partners, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
• Track and report on the progress and impact of all partnerships, seeking opportunities for growth and enhancement.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in partnerships management, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably within the non-profit or Charity & Voluntary sector.
• Proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking with a strong understanding of partnership dynamics and impact measurement.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex relationships in a hybrid work environment in Randburg.
