Senior BIM Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Coordinator to join their innovative team, offering a fully remote working arrangement. You will be responsible for implementing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across various architectural and construction projects. This role requires a deep understanding of BIM software, standards, and workflows, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM standards , protocols, and workflows for architectural projects.
• Lead the coordination of BIM models among various disciplines, including architectural, structural, and MEP engineers.
• Manage and maintain the central BIM model, ensuring data integrity and clash detection.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and best practices.
• Conduct regular model reviews and generate reports on coordination issues and progress.
• Collaborate remotely with project stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective use of BIM throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on BIM.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in BIM coordination and management.
• Expert proficiency in Revit, Navisworks , and other BIM-related software.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans.
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, data management , and clash detection principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote team setting.
