Project Manager - Business Improvement

Our client is seeking a motivated Project Manager focused on business improvement initiatives to join their team in Soweto . You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and implement strategic projects that drive organizational growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of business improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze current business processes to identify areas for optimization and propose solutions.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager , with a focus on business improvement or process optimization projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience with process mapping and business analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
• A relevant degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
