About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their prestigious team in Sandton . You will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, financial modeling, due diligence, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management and investment committees. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential real estate investment opportunities, including market analysis and feasibility studies.
• Develop complex financial models to evaluate property valuations, project returns, and investment risks.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential acquisitions, including legal, financial, and physical property assessments.
• Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for internal stakeholders and investment committees.
• Monitor the performance of existing investments and recommend strategic asset management actions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate investment analysis , private equity, or investment banking.
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency with valuation methodologies.
• Deep understanding of the South African and international real estate markets .
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts.
