About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Blockchain Engineer to join their dynamic team in George . In this role, you will architect, develop, and maintain robust blockchain solutions, driving innovation in our product offerings. You will lead technical discussions, mentor junior engineers, and contribute significantly to the strategic direction of our blockchain initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable and secure blockchain systems and protocols.
• Develop and optimize smart contracts, dApps, and related backend services.
• Conduct in-depth code reviews and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
• Research and implement new blockchain technologies and solutions to enhance platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the blockchain ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a significant focus on blockchain technology .
• Expertise in smart contract development (e.g., Solidity) and blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum).
• Strong understanding of distributed ledger technologies, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in backend development languages like Go, Node.js, or Python.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in mentoring junior developers.
