About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify sources of supply for various categories of goods and services, ensuring competitive sourcing.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risks and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with inventory management and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing transactions and supplier communications.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Buyer or in a similar purchasing role.
- Solid understanding of procurement principles, contract terms, and negotiation tactics.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and standard office software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
