Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support their HR department in Mossel Bay, Western Cape . This role is essential for the smooth operation of HR functions, providing administrative support and assisting with various HR initiatives. You will work closely with the HR team and employees, ensuring efficient HR processes are maintained. Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee records, filing, and scheduling meetings.
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
• Help administer HR policies and procedures, answering basic employee queries.
• Assist with the coordination of employee training and development programs.
• Maintain HR databases and generate reports as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordination role.
• Familiarity with HR principles and South African labor law basics.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
