About the Role

Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking an energetic Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Stellenbosch . This role is designed for an individual passionate about connecting talent with opportunity, managing client relationships, and driving successful placements. You will engage with a diverse range of businesses, understanding their unique staffing needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. The position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for both in-person collaboration and the flexibility of remote work, fostering a dynamic and productive environment for consultants to thrive in the competitive recruitment landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various client vacancies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their skills and suitability for specific roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key client contacts.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and talent availability.
• Facilitate the offer process and ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar client-facing role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet challenging deadlines.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and sourcing platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and also independently.
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field is an advantage.
