Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement developmentally appropriate curricula and lesson plans for early childhood education programs.
• Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their developmental milestones and providing individualized support.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and exploration.
• Collaborate effectively with parents and caregivers to foster a strong home-school connection and share insights into child development.
• Provide guidance and professional development to early childhood educators on best practices in pedagogy and child care.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in an early childhood education setting.
• In-depth knowledge of child development theories and best practices for teaching young children.
• Experience in curriculum development and assessment for the early years.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification is required.
