Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative menus tailored to client needs, seasonal availability, and industry trends, ensuring high-quality food presentation and taste.
• Manage all logistical aspects of catering operations, including staffing, inventory control, vendor relations, and budget adherence to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of chefs, servers, and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment that prioritizes exceptional customer service.
• Conduct client meetings to understand their event requirements, provide expert recommendations, and ensure seamless execution from initial planning through to post-event follow-up.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in catering management or a senior culinary leadership role, preferably within the hospitality or event industry.
