Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular observations and assessments of children's learning and development.
- Foster positive and collaborative relationships with parents and guardians.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of child development theories, pedagogy, and assessment methods.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage a team and drive educational innovation.
- Current First Aid, CPR, and relevant teaching certifications.
