About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to join their team, supporting operations from a remote capacity. This role is instrumental in measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. You will provide critical insights to optimize strategies, improve user experience, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is adept at transforming complex data into clear, actionable recommendations, with a strong understanding of web analytics, campaign tracking, and digital marketing best practices within the marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, etc.).
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance, website usability, and customer journey.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure accurate tracking implementation and data integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics or a related analytical role.
- Proficiency with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign tagging (e.g., UTM parameters), and reporting methodologies.
- Excellent data visualization and communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly.
