About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Cleaning Operations Coordinator to manage and oversee cleaning services remotely, with a focus on operations originating from or servicing areas near Richards Bay . In this dynamic role, you will coordinate cleaning schedules, manage supply inventory, liaise with cleaning teams and clients, and ensure quality standards are consistently met across various locations. This position requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage operations effectively from a distance, leveraging technology to maintain efficiency and service excellence without a physical office presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily cleaning schedules and dispatch teams to various client sites.
• Monitor service quality and conduct remote quality assurance checks.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating procurement and distribution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for cleaning staff, addressing operational queries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of services rendered, staff performance, and inventory levels.
