Sales Manager - Northern Region

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead their sales operations in the Northern Region, including Polokwane and surrounding areas. This leadership role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing effective sales strategies to meet company objectives. You will play a critical role in expanding our client's market presence, fostering a high-performance sales culture, and ensuring consistent revenue growth across Limpopo province and beyond. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies for the Northern Region.


• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.


• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement corrective actions as needed.


• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for expansion.


• Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.


• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management or leadership role.


• Proven track record of successfully leading a sales team and exceeding revenue targets.


• Strong understanding of sales methodologies, market dynamics, and strategic planning.


• Excellent leadership , communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Experience working within the Polokwane or Limpopo business environment is a plus.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
