Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs tailored to client needs.

• Draft and review compliance policies, procedures, and training materials.

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney or equivalent legal qualification with a minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance and regulatory law.
• In-depth knowledge of South African legislation relevant to corporate compliance.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage client relationships effectively in a remote environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, suited for virtual delivery.
• Experience in developing and delivering compliance training programs is essential.
