About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Operations Supervisor to support the smooth functioning of their retail outlets in and around Centurion . This role is hybrid, requiring a blend of on-site supervision and remote coordination to ensure operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and adherence to company standards. You will work closely with store managers and operational teams to implement best practices, optimize workflows, and maintain a high level of operational performance across multiple locations. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong operational background in retail to contribute to the strategic success of the business in the Centurion area.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily retail operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards across designated stores.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, implement stock control procedures, and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
• Support store teams with operational challenges, providing guidance on processes and problem-solving.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Assist in the implementation of new operational initiatives and store layouts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies within all operational areas.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in retail operations or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, supply chain, and operational workflows.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in retail management software and standard office applications.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities to support teams remotely and on-site in Centurion.
• Ability to travel to different store locations as needed, balancing this with remote work responsibilities in Gauteng.
