About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings for mechanical components and assemblies using advanced CAD software .
• Perform complex engineering analysis, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), to validate designs and identify areas for optimization.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, and product management teams in a virtual setting to ensure design requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
• Specify materials and manufacturing processes, ensuring designs are optimized for cost, quality, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot design issues and implement effective solutions to improve product performance and reliability.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and engineering standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience focused on mechanical design and product development.
• Expertise in parametric CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, injection molding, and sheet metal fabrication.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
