About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production line workers to achieve daily targets.
• Ensure all production activities comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor production flow, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff.

Requirements
