Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers in the Soweto community through various outreach methods.
• Present and explain products or services effectively, addressing customer inquiries.
• Build and maintain positive relationships within the community to foster customer loyalty.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the local market.
• Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery or service activation.
• Gather feedback from the community to inform product and service improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong understanding of and connection to the Soweto community.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
• A matric certificate or equivalent is required; further sales training is a plus.
