Our client seeks a dynamic and experienced Management Consultant specializing in Change Management for a fully remote position. This role allows you to leverage your expertise from anywhere, impacting organizations seeking to navigate complex organizational shifts and transformations. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through periods of change, ensuring smooth transitions, fostering employee adoption, and minimizing disruption. This position is perfect for a seasoned professional adept at managing remote client engagements and driving successful change initiatives for organizations throughout South Africa , not necessarily tied to Klerksdorp .
Key Responsibilities
- Assess organizational readiness for change and develop tailored change management strategies.
- Design and implement communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programs to support change initiatives.
- Identify potential resistance to change and develop proactive mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with project teams, leadership, and employees to ensure alignment and buy-in throughout the change process.

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management consulting, organizational development, or a related field.

- Excellent virtual communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration and project management tools.
