You will work closely with drivers, assisting in loading, unloading, and ensuring the safe transit of all freight. Key Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with the loading and unloading of freight onto delivery vehicles.
• Ensure all goods are handled carefully to prevent damage during transit.
• Secure freight within the vehicle to meet safety standards.
• Accompany drivers on delivery routes, providing assistance as needed at customer locations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with warehouse duties as required.
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures diligently.

Requirements

• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 35 kg).
• Previous experience in a warehouse , freight handling , or similar physically demanding role is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good understanding of safety procedures in a logistics environment.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role in Port Elizabeth .
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully.
