About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in delivering daily educational activities and routines.
• Provide direct care to children, including feeding, changing diapers, and supervising playtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment according to health and safety standards.
• Support children's social and emotional development through positive interactions.
• Help prepare learning materials and set up activity stations under teacher guidance.
• Communicate observations about children's behavior and development to the lead teacher.

Requirements

• A passion for early childhood education and working with young children.
• Previous experience in a childcare setting is advantageous.
