Industrial Engineer - Operations Analysis

About the Role

Our client is looking for a meticulous Industrial Engineer with a focus on operations analysis to join their team in Bloemfontein . This role is crucial for dissecting current operational workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs. You will work closely with production and management teams to implement process improvements, utilizing a combination of in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in efficiency and resource utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering with a strong focus on operations analysis and process improvement.
• Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma principles and tools.
• Experience with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Minitab) and process mapping tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
