About the Role

This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient planning and execution of logistics operations, coordinating the movement of goods from origin to destination. You will work closely with dispatch, warehouse teams, and transport providers to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and meet delivery targets. Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed operational plans for inbound and outbound logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and transport providers to ensure timely loading, unloading, and transit of goods.
• Monitor operational performance against KPIs and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.
• Manage inventory flow and stock levels within the logistics network to meet demand.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues that arise during the logistics process.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including shipment details, costs, and performance data.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics planning, supply chain operations, or a related field.
