This role is key to managing a team of recruitment professionals, overseeing client relationships, and driving successful recruitment outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment consultants to achieve individual and team targets.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving talent needs.
• Implement and refine recruitment strategies, sourcing methodologies, and candidate engagement techniques.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and provide regular feedback and coaching to direct reports.
• Contribute to business development efforts and identify opportunities for service expansion.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven ability to effectively lead, motivate, and develop a recruitment team.
• Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering complex recruitment projects.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field is highly advantageous.
