About the Role

Our client is seeking a results-oriented and experienced Educational Program Manager to oversee and lead key initiatives in Polokwane . Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage educational programs from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee program budgets, track expenditures, and manage financial resources effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management, preferably within the education or non-profit sector.
• Proven experience in developing and managing project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting on program impact.
