About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of scalable AI and machine learning systems from conception to production.
• Manage and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
• Define AI strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and identifying new opportunities for AI application.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices in MLOps, ensuring robust model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with major AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
