Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user problems via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Install, configure, and update software and applications on user devices.
- Document all technical support incidents, actions, and outcomes in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating support articles and guides.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical support role, with a strong understanding of IT principles.
- Proficiency with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common productivity software.
- Experience with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues remotely.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to guide users through technical processes clearly.
