About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, program, and commission PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems for various industrial applications.
• Develop and maintain control system logic, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Integrate electrical control components with mechanical systems, ensuring seamless operation.
• Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for control system issues.
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to define control system requirements and project scope.
• Create and manage technical documentation, including P&IDs, functional design specifications, and user manuals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing industrial control systems.
• Proficiency in programming various PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) and HMI/SCADA software.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation principles, networking, and communication protocols.
• Experience with process instrumentation, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and servo systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to system optimization.
