IT Operations Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and technically adept IT Operations Manager to lead their IT infrastructure and support functions remotely. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of the company's IT systems and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, systems administration, network management, and cybersecurity, with proven experience in managing IT teams in a distributed environment. You will play a critical role in maintaining robust IT infrastructure and providing exceptional technical support to all employees, ensuring business continuity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, and end-user computing.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure system security, stability, and compliance.
• Manage IT support functions, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and service requests.
• Lead and mentor the IT operations team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and customer service.
• Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments.

Requirements

• Significant experience in IT Operations Management or a similar IT leadership role.
• Strong technical expertise in network administration, server management, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure), and cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to manage remote IT teams and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field are preferred.
