Senior Process Engineer - Energy Sector

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize process engineering solutions for energy generation and distribution systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies, technical reviews, and cost-benefit analyses for new projects and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and operational manuals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex operational issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and project managers, to achieve project goals.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards within the energy industry .

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in process engineering, with a strong focus on the energy sector .
• Proven experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and data analysis tools.
• In-depth knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies and regulatory compliance.
