HR Specialist - Recruitment

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist with a focus on Recruitment to join their team in Pretoria . This role is critical in attracting and securing top talent to meet the organization's growing needs. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates and screening applications to coordinating interviews and managing the offer process. Working within a hybrid model, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers across various departments to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience, contributing directly to the company's success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organization.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Extend job offers and manage the pre-employment screening and onboarding process.
• Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and generate recruitment activity reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a dedicated recruitment or talent acquisition role.
• Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and South African labor law related to hiring.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
