Key Responsibilities

• Originate new mortgage loan applications through various channels, including referrals and direct outreach.
• Conduct thorough interviews with clients to assess their financial situation and eligibility.
• Guide clients through the mortgage process, explaining terms, conditions, and options.
• Collect and verify all necessary documentation for loan applications.
• Process loans accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all lending regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other referral partners.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage lending or a related financial sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding loan origination targets.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lending guidelines , and regulations.
• Excellent sales, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with loan origination software (LOS) systems.
