Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the order processing workflow from placement to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and returns via email and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Assist in the implementation and refinement of e-commerce operational processes and procedures.
