About the Role

You will be instrumental in scheduling matches, managing player communications, and resolving disputes within the burgeoning Leisure & Sports e-sports sector. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end operations of e-sports leagues, including scheduling matches, tracking results, and maintaining league standings.
• Develop and enforce league rules and regulations, ensuring fair play and competitive integrity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for players, teams, and administrators regarding league operations.
• Resolve player disputes and enforce disciplinary actions as per league policy.
