Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Support the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and HR records.

- Help manage employee relations and address HR-related queries.
- Participate in HR projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Honours degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the Human Resources field in East London .
