Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional architectural design concepts from initial brief to detailed design documentation.
• Produce high-quality 3D models, renderings, and virtual presentations for client reviews.
• Utilize BIM software to create integrated design models and resolve complex spatial challenges.
• Collaborate effectively with remote project teams, consultants, and clients via video conferencing and project management tools.
• Research and apply innovative materials, technologies, and sustainable design strategies.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related design field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of design work.
• Proficiency in Revit , SketchUp, Lumion, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Excellent visual communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools and workflows is highly desirable.
