Key Responsibilities

• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate high-value commercial agreements and complex contracts.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance regulations, company law, and relevant legislation.
• Manage corporate structuring and restructurings, providing strategic legal recommendations.
• Conduct legal due diligence for potential investments and business ventures.
• Oversee the company's intellectual property portfolio and licensing agreements.

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law.
• Extensive experience in corporate finance, M&A, and commercial contract law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead legal projects and provide strategic advice in a remote capacity.
• Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of managing complex legal challenges with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills adaptable to virtual collaboration.
