About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform industrial-grade cleaning of machinery, equipment, floors, and production areas.
• Safely handle and dispose of industrial waste, chemicals, and hazardous materials as per regulations.
• Conduct deep cleaning operations, including degreasing, power washing, and sanitizing large surfaces.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order and properly stored.
• Adhere to all site-specific safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure minimal disruption to production schedules.

Requirements

• Previous experience in industrial cleaning or a similar heavy-duty cleaning role.
• Proficiency in the safe use of industrial cleaning chemicals, solvents, and heavy machinery.
• Thorough understanding of industrial safety standards and compliance regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding environment, often in challenging conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving cleaning challenges.
