Senior Project Manager

As Project Manager at Amaris Consulting, you will play a key role in delivering projects within the Legal and Compliance domain, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with senior leadership.

Your Missions

• Lead and manage projects within the Legal and Compliance domain, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Apply both traditional and agile project management tools and frameworks to drive project execution.
• Facilitate project planning, stakeholder engagement, and communication across teams.
• Collaborate with Senior and C-suite leadership to ensure project alignment and visibility.
• Build and maintain a healthy, collaborative, and productive team culture.
• Navigate highly pressured and ambiguous environments to achieve project goals.
• Foster exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills to encourage collaboration across teams.
• Inspire and motivate teams toward common goals and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Your Profile

• Experience in project management, preferably within Legal, Compliance, or Risk domains.
• Familiarity with both traditional and agile project management tools and frameworks.
• Previous experience working on Risk and Compliance projects advantageous.
• Previous experience working on projects within Amaris or similar consulting environments advantageous.
• Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools.
• Degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• You demonstrate excellent facilitation and planning skills.
• You demonstrate the ability to operate in and navigate highly pressured and ambiguous environments.
• You demonstrate the ability to inspire and motivate teams toward common goals.
