About the Role

Our client is looking for a results-driven Fitness Club Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of their facility in Rustenburg . This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure the highest standards of member experience, operational efficiency, and staff performance. You will manage a team of fitness professionals and support staff, drive membership sales, and maintain a welcoming and safe environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, possesses strong leadership qualities, and excels in a dynamic, in-person operational setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily club operations, including front desk, membership sales, and facility maintenance.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of fitness instructors, sales representatives, and support staff to achieve performance targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase membership retention and drive new member acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational regulations, maintaining a pristine and secure facility.
• Manage club budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fitness club management or a similar leadership role in the health and wellness industry.
• Strong understanding of fitness operations, sales, and customer service principles.
