About the Role

Our client is looking for a sharp and analytical Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their team, with the flexibility to work remotely. You will analyze financial models, assess risk profiles, and contribute to strategic decision-making for acquisitions and portfolio management within the vibrant Centurion real estate sector. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis of potential real estate investments , including cash flow projections and ROI calculations.
• Perform comprehensive market research on property types, locations, and economic conditions relevant to Centurion and broader markets.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for deal evaluation, sensitivity analysis, and portfolio performance tracking.
• Assess and quantify risks associated with investment opportunities, providing clear summaries to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with acquisitions teams to identify and underwrite new deals, supporting due diligence processes.
• Prepare insightful investment reports and presentations for internal review and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate investment analysis , corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel and other relevant analytical tools.
• Excellent understanding of real estate finance , capital markets, and investment principles.
• Ability to interpret complex data, draw sound conclusions, and communicate findings effectively.
• Experience with Argus or similar property analysis software is a plus for this remote position.
