Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical system architecture, including power distribution, wiring harnesses, and control systems.
• Perform detailed analysis and simulations of electrical systems to ensure performance and safety compliance.
• Create and review technical documentation, including schematics, specifications, and test procedures.
• Oversee the integration and testing of electrical systems during aircraft manufacturing and modification programs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical system issues encountered during development, testing, or in-service operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant aerospace standards and regulations (e.g., EASA, FAA, SACAA).

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related aerospace field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft electrical systems design and integration.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and simulation tools (e.g., SPICE).
• In-depth knowledge of aerospace electrical standards, components, and testing methodologies.
• Experience with certification processes for aircraft electrical systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
