About the Role

Our client is seeking a passionate and certified Holistic Wellness Coach to guide individuals towards improved physical, mental, and emotional well-being at their serene center in Stellenbosch . You will work one-on-one with clients, developing personalized wellness plans that integrate nutrition, fitness, stress management, and mindfulness. This role requires a compassionate individual with extensive knowledge of various wellness disciplines and a commitment to empowering clients to achieve sustainable lifestyle changes. You will be instrumental in fostering a supportive environment for clients seeking to transform their health and achieve their personal wellness goals, contributing to a vibrant community focused on holistic health.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive wellness assessments to understand clients' health goals and challenges.
• Develop personalized holistic wellness plans , incorporating nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management strategies.
• Provide ongoing coaching, support, and accountability to clients to ensure adherence to their plans.
• Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices and behavioral change techniques.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to provide integrated care where necessary.
• Track client progress and adjust wellness plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Certification from a recognized holistic health or wellness coaching program.
• Proven experience working as a Wellness Coach or in a related health field.
• In-depth knowledge of nutrition, fitness principles, and mindfulness practices.
• Excellent listening, communication, and motivational skills.
• Ability to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental coaching environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a client caseload effectively.
