About the Role

You will analyze complex data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to optimize system performance and reduce operational risks. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data from flight systems, maintenance logs, and performance reports to identify trends and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for aviation systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis for system failures or inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Evaluate new technologies and methodologies for potential implementation to improve system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and IT, to implement system enhancements.
• Ensure all analysis and recommendations align with safety regulations and company objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in aviation systems analysis, operations research, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, SQL).
• Familiarity with aviation operations, regulations, and safety management systems.
• Excellent report-writing and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment.
