Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and agreements.
• Support senior lawyers in corporate governance matters, including board resolutions and compliance filings.
• Conduct legal research on corporate law issues and provide summaries to the legal team.
• Assist with due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
• Help maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Provide general legal support to various business units as directed by senior counsel.

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney with a clean record and up to 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong academic record with a focus on corporate and commercial law .
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
• Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in corporate legal practice.
