Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive farm operational plans, setting strategic goals and objectives.
• Manage all aspects of crop production, including selection, planting, cultivation, pest control, and harvesting.
• Oversee the management of farm equipment, infrastructure, and technology, ensuring optimal performance.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of farm managers, supervisors, and workers.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and labor regulations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in farm management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven expertise in large-scale crop production, supply chain management, and financial planning.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent understanding of modern agricultural technologies and practices.
