About the Role

In this role, you will leverage advanced remote monitoring tools and diagnostic software to maintain and troubleshoot a wide range of industrial equipment. You will be instrumental in preemptively identifying potential issues, guiding on-site personnel through complex procedures, and ensuring the continuous operation of critical systems without requiring physical presence at every location. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize remote access tools and diagnostic software to monitor equipment performance and identify potential failures.
• Provide expert technical guidance and remote assistance to field technicians and clients during maintenance and repair operations.
• Develop and implement proactive maintenance schedules based on remote data analysis and performance metrics.
• Document all remote interventions, troubleshooting steps, and resolution outcomes meticulously.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to analyze recurring issues and propose system enhancements for remote management.
• Stay current with advancements in remote monitoring technology and diagnostic techniques within the Installation & Maintenance field.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support or maintenance role, with a strong emphasis on remote diagnostics and troubleshooting within the Installation & Maintenance industry.
• Proficiency with remote access software, network troubleshooting, and diagnostic tools.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems related to industrial equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration and client support, irrespective of your location.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote work environment.
