Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to optimize distribution center operations, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and on-time delivery.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a remote team of distribution centre professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Implement and manage advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) and other logistics technologies to enhance efficiency and visibility.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction and service improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to align distribution strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Distribution Centre Management or a senior logistics leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large, distributed teams effectively in a remote environment.
• Deep understanding of supply chain management , warehousing, inventory control, and transportation logistics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency with WMS, ERP systems, and other relevant logistics software.
