Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of real estate agents, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
• Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the agency's market share and profitability in Soweto .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sellers, buyers, and other industry professionals.
• Conduct market analysis and provide insights on property values and investment opportunities in the Gauteng area.
• Ensure the agency adheres to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in real estate practice.

Requirements

• Valid Real Estate Broker license and relevant qualifications.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing a sales team.
• In-depth knowledge of the Soweto property market and surrounding Gauteng areas.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
